As a Project Lead at our Linares Plant, you will play a key role in identifying, developing, and implementing savings initiatives that support operational excellence and business performance. This position is adecuado for someone who enjoys working cross‑functionally, solving complex challenges, and influencing change through data‑driven decision‑making. This role works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Finance, and site leadership teams to build and execute a robust pipeline of savings and cost optimization projects. You will have the opportunity to lead improvement initiatives, coach project owners, and contribute to the long‑term success of one of our largest manufacturing operations.
