**MISSION**
+ Provide **senior-level program analysis and execution support to PMS 339 in advancing Ready Relevant Learning (RRL)** transformation initiatives across Surface Navy training domains.
+ Support modernization of Sailor training pipelines by **coordinating Career Long Learning Continuum (CLLC) development, managing Rating Domain Analysis efforts, and overseeing Requirements Analysis Working Groups (RAWGs)** .
**You help shape how the Navy trains for the future fight. If you have supported Ready Relevant Learning, led training transformation efforts, coordinated rating modernization, or worked within Fleet training policy — you are strongly aligned with this role.**
