We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Management Coordinator based in LATAM to support our Project Management team in delivering marketing campaigns efficiently and effectively. This part‑time position is ideal for someone early in their career who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys collaboration, and wants to grow within the digital marketing and production space.
You’ll play a key role in keeping projects on track by coordinating tasks, maintaining documentation, handling logistics, and supporting reporting. You will also be expected to leverage AI tools to enhance workflow speed, clarity, and overall team efficiency.
