Summary:
Take control of Project and Service Contracts when awarded to Xylem, managing the execution to guarantee meeting all its requirements.
Purpose:
- Work in close coordination with B.U.s (Business Units), purchase department and suppliers to reduce project execution costs, improving target margin.
- Monitor project and service contracts cash flow and costs in close coordination with local controller.
- Challenge Business Units in order to execute order in the most cost-effective way.
- Control all project milestones like hold points, progress payments, documentation, drawings,...
