  • Support day-to-day operational and project-related activities for upcoming product launches and enhancements
  • Assist in the development and updating of FAQ and Customer Service (CS) materials, including copywriting and translations
  • Coordinate the collection of user feedback through surveys and user interviews, and consolidate insights for the team
  • Support market research and competitor analysis to track industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and customer service

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
