Job Description
Purpose: The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing IT projects - covering infrastructure, software deployment, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and audiovisual integrations. The PM ensures on time, within budget, and high quality delivery while coordinating with clients, internal teams, and vendors.

- Project Planning and Initiation
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, and resource plans.
- Conduct kick-off meetings and align expectations with stakeholders.
