Job Responsibilities Manage ACMV projects to ensure delivery with in quality, cost, and timeline requirements Oversee project contracts, budgets, schedules, documentation, and coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Lead and supervise project teams, including engineers, QS, supervisors, WSH coordinators, and subcontractors Manage project submissions, variation orders, payment claims, testing & commissioning, and project handover activities Conduct site visits, resolve project issues, plan resources and manpower, and support site operations when required Job Requirements Min diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in ACMV project management Strong knowledge of industrial and commercial air-conditioning or chiller systems, project scheduling, budgeting, and contract management Able to work independently, respond to site matters outside routine working hours when required, and possess a positive working att...
