with 5-8 years of proven expertise in managing and delivering medium to large-scale IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Skilled in end-to-end project lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, risk and change management, and governance compliance, including security and resiliency standards. Strong track record in leading cross-functional teams, developing comprehensive project plans, and driving successful implementation of complex ICT initiatives across government and financial sectors. Knowledgeable in ICT infrastructure, applications, IT security, end-user computing (EUC), and ICT operations, with added strengths in payment systems, design thinking, and workshop facilitation.
