Your Impact As the primary point of contact for our clients and production teams, you will directly support the leadership team by translating complex requirements into operational success. Key Responsibilities: On-Site Oversight: Monitor production floor activities at customer stations to ensure all reworks, inspections, and assemblies meet strict quality standards. Technical Support: Verify flashing activities, maintain traceability records, and coordinate corrective actions with engineering teams. Project Execution: Own projects from kickoff to closeout, managing staff, timelines, deliverables, and parts inventory. Performance Reporting: Generate daily inspection reports and weekly KPI summaries, including risk mitigation and quality metrics. Commercial Support: Prepare and submit quotes/RFQs within 24 hours and identify new service opportunities during on-site operations.
