The Project Manager Assistant will be actively involve with different process and projects, perform analysis, support PM activities, risk analysis and personnel planing.
**How You'll Make an Impact**
- Coordination of suppliers for different requirements materials or buyer process.
- Planning/ coordinating of the complete documentation process.
- Assurance the complete technical documentation in due form, quality, content and in time.
- Creation of financial reports and drafting of minutes for meetings.
- Coordinating the PM's agenda
- Schedule internal and external customers' meeting.
- Workforce analysis.
- Expenses reports support.
**What You Bring**
- 8 months - 1 year of experience in similar positions, such as a junior, assistant, or administrative roles.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience on Business Administration, Engineer or Project Background.
