On behalf of our client, a Leading architectural Design Firm, we are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic and growing team.
Responsibilities
Monitoring and supervising studies and construction works
Preparing reports and providing updates to the Project Director
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering (Technical University / University)
Minimum 5 years of experience in supervision and coordination of construction sites for building projects
Relevant experience in office buliding construction and buliding renovations will be considered an asset, as well as experience in similar studies for private or public projects
Ability to prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, and project budgets
