Key Responsibilities

Project Implementation

• Conduct feasibility studies for expansion plans, new production lines, and improvement/upgrading of existing equipment
• Prepare capital investment proposals and define technical specifications in collaboration with suppliers
• Manage full project lifecycle, including planning, milestone tracking, execution, commissioning, and handover
• Lead milestone meetings and coordinate development, construction, acceptance testing, installation, and training of production and maintenance teams
