Job Description

Project Manager (PM) – Calgary or Edmonton. The PM will lead day‑to‑day project management for major capital projects in both the public and private sectors. Responsibilities include working with stakeholders, planning, prioritizing, and delivering outstanding client service while driving projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure projects are completed within scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations.
  • Manage multiple projects across various development phases.
  • Negotiate and hold all parties accountable to contracted services.
  • Coordinate activities of large project teams including owners, design consultants, contractors, suppliers, AHJs, security, AV and IT vendors, operators, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate between base building and tenant improvement scopes and negotiate with landlords.
