Responsibilities

  • Maintains full project ownership in delivering market research projects from commissioning to invoice.
  • Manages stakeholder expectations and delivers the highest level of service in an ever-changing, fast turnaround environment.
  • Builds an effective, professional working relationship with our clients, providing them guidance and advice where appropriate as it relates to Dynata’s products and services.
  • Ensures project task activities are completed through personal production, internal support teams (such as Survey Programming, and Sales), and vendors (such as translators, etc.).
  • Proactively anticipates, troubleshoots, overcomes, and/or escalates project challenges in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate and support Sales in driving revenue growth through client relationship development that lead to referrals and repeat business.
