The European Southern Observatory in Santiago is seeking a Project Manager to lead organizational change management projects within the Integrated Operations Programme. The role involves ensuring the successful planning and execution of projects that support ESO's strategic goals.
The successful candidate will collaborate with a diverse team to implement a process-based lean operations model while enjoying a multicultural work environment within the world's leading Observatory for astronomy. A Master's degree in engineering or applied physics is required.
