Equation Staffing is hiring an experienced Project Manager to join our client’s team and oversee commercial mechanical in Calgary AB. The Project Manager is responsible from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality and safety standards. This role works closely with estimators, site supervisors, foreman, subcontractors, and clients. Salary:
$90k - $110k based on experience Schedule:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 4:30pm (some additional hours needed from time to time) Location:

Manage multiple commercial plumbing/mechanical projects from start to finish. Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to confirm scope and requirements. Develop and control project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and work plans. Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
