Job Summary
The Project Manager reports to a Program Manager and works closely with Directors, Subject Matter Experts, designers, developers, and quality teams to ensure flawless project execution, efficient resource allocation, financial sanity, and client satisfaction. They support growth in project delivery discipline and help develop processes, documentation, standardization, and tools. He/She is a key player in building high‑energy, multi‑disciplinary teams and is passionate about the industry and the clients served.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end campaign delivery: concepting, development, execution, trafficking, and evaluation.
- Ensure the entire team understands the project tools and workflows (Smartsheet, Figma).
- Facilitate clear communication between creatives, strategists, production, and account teams.
