We're looking for a key individual who's a hard worker and quick learner that can join our fast paced projects department. The following attributes are necessary to be part of the team:
+ Process and release lighting projects from customer purchase orders and submittal packages
+ Communicate job status updates, ship schedules, billing and change orders
+ Great communicator and problem solver during tight deadlines and urgent requests
+ Manages multiple jobs with multiple customers
+ Communicates with account representatives, account executives, customers, and project quotes to ensure the job and resulting orders are complete.
