Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Initiation and Planning:

  • Participate in all phases of engineering projects, including RFQ, design, testing, system integration, support, and documentation.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies for engineering projects.
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant contractual, regulatory, and safety standards.
  • Provide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
  • May give input into developing the budget.

    • Execution:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring effective resource allocation and productivity, and resolving operational bottlenecks and technical challenges.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
  • Act as a technical bridge between engineering and other functions, such as Sales Support, Operations, Technical Support, and Field Service, and conduct alignment meetings with cross-functional teams.
