Job Summary
The Project Manager will lead, manage, and oversee all fire protection construction projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, in compliance with statutory requirements, and according to client expectations. The candidate must possess strong technical knowledge in fire protection systems and proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Planning
- Lead, plan, and manage full project lifecycle including design, installation, testing & commissioning of fire protection systems.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, manpower allocation, and cost projections.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.
