Key Responsibilities:
• Administer contracts and technical documentation
• Develop comprehensive project safety plans
• Ensure projects adhere to design and schedule
• Report on project performance metrics regularly
• Manage subcontract negotiations and progress tracking
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• 5–8 years of construction management experience
• Understanding of construction methodologies and safety principles
