Job Overview
Project Manager reporting to the Director of Health Analytics in Fredericton, NB. This hybrid role (3 days in office per week) requires strong Agile project delivery experience, stakeholder management, and the ability to guide projects from initiation through completion while ensuring delivery outcomes align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to understand desired project outcomes and build and manage the product backlog
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget, managing project schedules, risks, mitigation, and timelines
- Lead Agile projects throughout full project lifecycles, advising clients and stakeholders on outcomes and delivery strategies
- Lead data and analytics delivery teams and serve as liaison between product ownership, development teams, implementation teams, and other stakeholders
