The Project Manager will be responsible for:




  • Managing IT projects end-to-end (initiation, planning, execution, delivery)




  • Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements




  • Modeling business and operational processes using BPMN




  • Coordinating between business teams, IT teams, and stakeholders




  • Implementing and ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies




  • Leading Agile ceremonies (daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)




  • Monitoring project progress (scope, timeline, budget, risks, quality)




  • Structuring project activities using WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
