Job Description
The Project Manager has the overall responsibilities of assisting in planning, executing, monitoring and controlling the Project, particularly in the following areas: . Service Level Performance. . Service Continuity and Availability. . Support Services, including Incident Management, Problem Management and Routine Maintenance Management. . Obsolescence Management. The Project Manager is also responsible for communicating with all stakeholders. The Project Manager is required to assist to Plan, execute, monitor, and control the various technical/non-technical aspects of the Project. . Assist in managing new setups or upgrades of system/infrastructure projects. . Responsible for supporting operational systems, satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement . Provide project documentation and reports. . Assist in maintaining the project's financial budget. Requirement: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools.
