Job Description
**Introduction**
Seeking for a Scrum who will oversee the development of technical initiatives including but not limited to Build, Migrate, Maintain, Transform or Retire software products.
You will be responsible to track the execution of those initiatives by 1 or more agile teams, ensuring teams are focused on the strategy of the executive team by prioritizing their backlog of work, clarifying doubts, managing risks and effectively communicating progress, risks and opportunities to the client or to IBM
**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build the vision of a development initiative.
- Coach teams and organisations in Agile concepts, principles, practices and behaviours.
- Creation of Backlog, Roadmap, Risks and Assumptions related to the development initiative.
