Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and project risks effectively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal company policies.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years’ experience in managing HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
