HR Project Manager More about the role
- Steer the Project Engine: You will be responsible for the administrative and operational execution of our APAC HR SSC rollout program. This includes orchestrating project meetings (from Steering Committees to Working Groups), documenting critical decisions, and ensuring every action item has a clear owner and timeline.
- Governance & Tracking: Maintain the single source of truth for the project. You will manage comprehensive logs of actions, decisions, and risks, providing structured support to stakeholders and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Transparency & Reporting: Support the Program Manager in creating high-impact progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership. You will monitor timelines, identify potential bottlenecks, and ensure the project stays on track.
