Agilus is recruiting a Project Manager II to lead cross‑functional, integrated project teams on heavy civil and mining projects (M$100–300M) in the Oil and Gas sector. The role involves driving competitive project performance in Stage 2 (FEL2) through strategic leadership, financial stewardship, and delivery of high‑quality results.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assemble and lead an integrated project team, with accountability for safety, quality, cost, schedule and stakeholder alignment.
• Set key gate dates, develop and execute project plans to support performance objectives.
• Lead project through gate reviews, ensuring reviews are completed on time and meet the required quality.
• Manage contractors and monitor pre‑FEED/FEED contractor execution against plans and specifications.
