Project Manager, Information Technology (Quebec)

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the transformation of its Enterprise Resource Planning system. This role requires ownership of day‑to‑day technical delivery and close collaboration with project leaders, business teams, and external partners.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, resource plans, and delivery forecasts covering all delivery streams and dependencies.
• Actively manage milestone and critical path activities, and day‑to‑day execution risks.
• Manage progress, scope, issues, risks (maintain RAID logs), and changes through formal governance and control processes.
• Prepare impact‑based analysis for escalation when risk thresholds are exceeded.
• Coordinate data migration planning, sequencing, testing, and execution and control activities.
