A Project Manager in the Infrastructure Division reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for overall project leadership and management for projects or portfolios with annual revenues of up to $50M. The role oversees all phases of the project lifecycle—including planning, pre‑construction, execution, financial management, close‑out, and health, safety, environment, and quality—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of customer satisfaction. The Project Manager also leads and mentors junior project management staff, manages teams of direct reports, and applies strong technical, leadership, and communication skills to deliver projects from estimate through close‑out with limited supervision.
