Job Description

The Project Manager - Interior Design Fit-Out holds full accountability for the delivery of fit-out and interior design contracts from award to handover. This senior role manages cost, programme, quality, HSE and client relationships across commercial, residential and hospitality fit-out projects in the UAE GCC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full project lifecycle for fit-out and interior design contracts including mobilisation, execution, commissioning and handover.
  • Manage and coordinate multi-discipline on-site teams covering joinery, gypsum, false ceiling, flooring, painting, MEP finishes and FF&E installation.
  • Develop and maintain project programmes – Primavera P6, MS Project – monitor progress and drive recovery plans where required.
  • Control project budgets, cash flow forecasts and monthly cost reports; manage variations and change orders with the client.
