Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Retail Design Project Manager based in Malaysia to lead end-to-end design and store delivery projects across Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia .

This role is responsible for driving consistent delivery of retail design work—from concept through documentation and fit‑out execution—ensuring alignment between design teams, engineering stakeholders, contractors, and store operations across multiple time zones.

Experience with AutoCAD and technical documentation, as well as strong stakeholder management across regional teams, is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

1) Project Delivery & Design Execution

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics (e.g., design sign‑off, drawing submissions, site readiness)
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, critical path tracking, and reporting dashboards
