Project Manager

Equans is looking for a Project Manager to join our team covering the Northwest of England on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.

Working on a prestigious government account the post holder will be responsible for managing a variety of small works from 35k‑1M. The post holder will also be responsible for generating and delivering a variety of FM Project Works on our customers’ sites across the UK to meet the needs of the business.

The role requires site visits in and around the northwest.

We are looking for an experienced project manager with experience within the FM industry. A confident communicator able to balance the needs of all stakeholders, client and suppliers.
