4.0.2Defineanddocumenttheobjectivesforprojects;determine budgetaryrequirements,thecomposition,rolesandresponsibilitiesandtermsofreferencefor the projectteam;
4.0.3Meetwithstakeholdersandotherprojectteammemberstodefineproblemsandprovideresolutionstosaidproblems;
4.0.4Formulatestatementsofproblems;establishproceduresforthedevelopmentandimplementationofsignificant,newormodifiedprojectelementsto solvethese problems,andobtainapprovaltoproceed;
4.0.5Prepareplans,charts,tablesanddiagramstoassistinanalyzingordisplayingproblems; workingwithavarietyofprojectmanagementtools;
4.0.6Obtain project sign-off by all stakeholders, officially ensuring thatthe project was completed on time, withinbudgetandwithnolooseends;
