Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and project documentation.
- Lead project governance activities including status reporting, risk management, issue tracking, and dependency management.
- Facilitate regular project meetings with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate project resources and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, resource utilization, and project forecasting.
- Ensure project documentation is maintained and stored in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
