to oversee HVAC and plumbing scopes on
new‑build commercial and institutional projects .
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced construction environment, understands mechanical systems deeply, and can confidently manage drawings, scope, costing, and field execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full project lifecycle for HVAC and plumbing installations on ICI new‑build projects
Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and submittals to determine scope, materials, and installation requirements
Perform take‑offs, cost assessments, and assist with estimating extras and change orders
Prepare and issue RFIs, track responses, and ensure design clarity for field teams
