Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager responsible for guiding our clients (dealers and homeowners) throughout the entire project process: from quoting and scheduling to coordination and final delivery. You will be the first point of contact and play a key role in customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, supporting both internal and external sales activities.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding pricing, products, scheduling, and order status.
  • Manage orders end-to-end in the project tracking system.
  • Coordinate appointments and services with internal teams, measurement technicians, installers, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain constant communication with clients throughout the project, setting clear expectations.
  • Prepare quotes, process initial payments, and obtain client approvals.
  • Ensure accuracy of drawings, documentation, and production/installation orders.
