Job Description
Your contribution will be
- Coordinating project activities with a focus on animal welfare issues and/or organisational-wide projects, enabling animal welfare work using established templates, ensuring timelines and deliverables are clearly defined
- Delivering projects end-to-end by applying project management frameworks and standards for executing projects under direction and adjusting with support when needed
- Monitoring time and budget on several projects, and coordinating resource needs within approved limits to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery
- Identifying risks, dependencies and issues early, escalating appropriately, and seeking guidance to shape well-rounded solutions
- Matrix-managing small core teams by encouraging collaboration and building accountability within clearly structured roles
