Job Purpose
The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short‑term project which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Initiation Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Develop detailed project execution plan (PEP) Prepare: Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Project schedule (Primavera/MS Project) Budget & cost estimates Identify key risks and develop risk mitigation strategies Establish project governance and reporting structure 2. Route Survey & Design Coordination Oversee: Route survey (topographical, Li DAR, GPS) Soil investigation and geotechnical studies Coordinate with design teams for: Tower spotting and profiling Foundation design Conductor and equipment specifications Ensure optimal route selection considering: Environmental constraints Land acquisition challenges Technical feasibility 3.
