Job Description
The PMO Deployment & Enablement Lead supports the successful deployment of monday.com initiatives across the enterprise, leads and coordinates PMO projects, and partners with regional teams to design, implement, and continuously improve business processes and work management workspaces. This well‑rounded role blends strong project management, business analysis, organizational change management (OCM), and communication skills to bridge business and technology teams — driving process design, solution deployment, stakeholder engagement, training, and user adoption for consistent execution across the organization.
Experience supporting product development and new‑product‑launch processes is highly desirable, as the role also supports the rollout, training, and adoption of the Power D3 (D3X) Product Development & Launch framework.
