Job Description
- Operational Excellence: Ensure 100% accurate and timely reconciliation (T+0/T+1) across all digital, card, and banking channels including GL reconciliation.
- Dispute Management: Handle and resolve transaction disputes/exceptions within SLA with minimal escalations.
- Team Management: Lead team productivity, training, and resource planning to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to RBI/NPCI/bank guidelines and maintain audit readiness with zero major findings.
- MIS & Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely MIS reports with actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Manage vendors, banks, and internal teams to ensure smooth reconciliation and issue resolution.
- Process Improvement: Drive automation and efficiency to reduce manual efforts and operational errors.
