We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in residential turnkey projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, budget control, client satisfaction, and effective coordination between office and site teams. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution
Manage residential turnkey projects from project initiation to final handover. Develop project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation strategies. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or challenges.
