Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall planning, organization, direction, coordination and control of all operations to meet project objectives and company business plan
• Manage and monitor projects progress to ensure timely completion of the project
• Maintain strict adherence to project budget
• Lead site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work
• Ensure site safety requirements are met while executing works on site by sub-contractors
• Coordinate the projects tendering and proposal, project management and procurement and inventory functions of the constituent units
