Project Manager - Passive Fire

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Passive Fire Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial passive fire protection projects across London and Essex .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Passive Fire Protection projects from pre-start through to completion.
• Oversee large-scale commercial fire stopping installations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and main contractors, maintaining excellent working relationships.
• Monitor project programmes, budgets and resource allocation.
