Project Manager

About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you shall operate in a forward-facing role within the Guidera O’Connor Project Delivery structure.  
Primarily, you will support the business needs by effectively leading, managing, planning, and overseeing project-based operations and activities. Your aptitude, knowledge, and abilities in relevant industry practices, legislation, and standards for safe, compliant, and effective project delivery are crucial. 

Additionally, your ability to influence, coach, critically assess, and anticipate issues ahead of occurrence is of utmost importance. 
Your performance will be evaluated based on the successful delivery of assigned projects or programs of work, demonstrating excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and commercial and technical expertise.
