Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and coordination of the Systems Overhaul Programs, removal and installation of overhauled equipment, test and check-out, and combat systems alignments.
  • Coordinating all alteration and upgrade programs, configuration management, logistics support, and other special programs as assigned.
  • Supervise, coordinate, schedule, and report on all work assigned to the Ship Repair Facility for overhaul, conversion, upgrades, and special projects including combat systems alignments.
  • Coordinate manpower allocation of functional divisions to support priorities established by the General Manager, enforcing personnel policies to provide adequate manpower and supervision.
  • Establish procedures for execution of training programs within and amongst all shops to satisfy needs of special projects, SDC goals, and requirements.
