Are you an experienced Project or Contracts Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional, high value residential projects from inception through to completion?
I'm currently working with a highly respected main contractor renowned for delivering some of the UK's most prestigious private homes, heritage restorations, and bespoke country estates. They're seeking a Project or Contracts Manager who can take full ownership of complex, design-led residential projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality, programme, and client service.
Initial projects include the high quality refurbishments of private residences, defined by heritage detail, exceptional craftsmanship, and contemporary luxury. The forward pipeline consists exclusively of bespoke residential projects, with contract values ranging from £5m to £20m.
