The ChildStory project is a $100-plus million child protection IT overhaul by the NSW Department of Communities and Justice. It uses Salesforce as its core case management engine to replace legacy systems. The platform connects caseworkers, families, and partner agencies with real-time, mobile-accessible information centered around the child.
Requirements:
- 5 + years as a project manager
- comprehensive experience and understanding of Salesforce
- deep understanding of agile methodology
- excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- technical understanding to connect with business analysts
