Responsibilities
Assist the Lead Consultant in project management and daily operations. Oversee site planning, including facilities, hoarding, access, and crane requirements. Evaluate project programmes and monitor work progress. Ensure workplace safety, health, and environmental measures are implemented effectively. Arrange mock-ups, sample unit inspections, and trade demonstrations. Coordinate submissions and queries from contractors, ensuring timely responses from consultants. Review and evaluate contractor progress claims. Monitor acceptance inspections and ensure timely submission of Request for Variation Orders (RVOs). Track and manage the engagement of Registered Inspectors (RI Arch and RI M&E). Plan, inspect, and coordinate the handover of completed works. Supervise upgrading works to ensure quality workmanship.
