Position Summary
The SmartSheet Specialist must provide support to the Project Management Office. They are required to assist in SmartSheet development, dashboard creation, data collection and assisting the PES Project Managers for any needed information or requirements they may require for the projects.
Responsibilities
- Assists in maintaining basic SmartSheet tasks
- Learns SmartSheet functionality and tools
- Helps with basic data entry and maintenance
- Supports basic reporting activitiesAssists in data collection and organization
- Participates in project status meetings as an observer
- Learns SmartSheet best practices
- Works on routine tasks and basic projects
- Assists in identifying basic customer needs
- Follows established solutions and procedures
- Processes basic transactions
- Follows error-proofing guidelines
- Attends customer meetings
